Shruti Miglani brings over 20 years of experience in executive search and talent acquisition across diverse industries. She has successfully led recruitment for roles spanning Tech, GTM, G&A, and the C-Suite—ensuring each hire drives meaningful business impact. A proven leader, Shruti has built and scaled high-performing teams, implemented robust recruiting processes, and partnered closely with executive leadership to shape cultures that attract and retain top talent.

At Gemini, she led hiring for key executive roles including CISO, CFO, CAO, Head of Risk, and regional leaders for APAC and EMEA. Her team filled 500 roles during her tenure. At DoorDash, as the Leadership Recruiter for Engineering & Analytics, she scaled the executive recruiting function to support the company’s rapid growth.

During her time at Amazon, Shruti drove executive hiring for the AWS Revenue Ops organization and led a global center of excellence for Solutions Architecture, recruiting VPs and Directors across the Americas and APAC.

Her executive recruiting career began at Deininger Consulting, a German Search Firm, in 2010, where she closed numerous CXO searches across sectors including automotive, tech, financial services, healthcare, and infrastructure.
