Our Approach

Search Kick-Off: From our initial meeting, we focus on understanding the reasons behind your hiring need, allowing us to pinpoint the specific challenge you’re looking to address. Once we gain clarity, we’ll craft a detailed job description and collaborate with you to finalize it—ensuring the role and title are both appealing and aligned with current market trends..

Market Research & Calibration: We begin by understanding the issue you’re addressing, and then we define the ideal candidate pool. With this in mind, we’ll draft a search strategy and bring it to you for feedback, ensuring we’re aligned before diving into candidate sourcing.

Candidate Sourcing: Our approach is both customized and results-driven. We focus on highlighting your organization’s unique brand and the distinctiveness of the role, helping us attract top-tier talent. This leads to a more targeted and efficient candidate pool. We conduct in-depth assessments of skills and competencies, presenting you with 5-20 pre-screened candidates, with 3-6 advancing to the final stage. This ensures you have both a finalist and a strong backup. The entire process typically spans three to four months.

Assessment: We take your business goals and culture into account to develop a clear set of competencies and skills required for the role. From there, we create targeted interview questions and assign them to your interview team based on their areas of expertise. Additionally, we’ll advise on the optimal interview panel structure to ensure a comprehensive evaluation.

Metrics & Reporting: We keep you updated with weekly reports on the search progress. If we’re not seeing the results we expect within 90 days (or encounter any roadblocks sooner), we’ll reassess the search strategy with you. We’ll review feedback, metrics, and make any necessary adjustments to get the search back on track.

Offer & Close: Once we have a finalist, we’ll work with you to finalize the offer and ensure the candidate is well-informed and ready to make a confident decision. We’ll collaborate closely with your team to smooth the closing process and secure the hire.
